Yeah he says, 2 or 3 more songs from The Final Frontier to go with the 1 that was played on the 2010 dates, so about 4. They are all pretty length songs so, maybe its OK.

I'm thrilled about the news of a latin america DVD, just hope it will be released and not disappear into nothingness like previous DVDs they've promised

I think that the "2 or 3 songs" is just a figure of speech, they've always played at least 5 or 6 new songs on an album tour.
