Ok that guy? So That is the reason they nailed clansman when i saw them in madridThe "Iced Earth quality" refers to Luke Appleton, who was Iced Earth's bassist for a few years and now plays guitar for Blaze.
The b sides of this album are some kind of cult? I prefer judgament day that had to be on the album. This one is good too but i cant remember other album with that amount of b sides.*of the Peace
Justice Of The Peace's instrumental section sounds great live. The vocal parts are 50/50. But a cool rocker, it could have been written in the early 2000s too. Blaze, nice job, the studio version is perfect.*of the Peace
Yeah me tooloved that and yes, if TXF b sides are a cult then I’m a proud member. Great Blaze version.
I think X Factor has the record for unreleased B-sides at 3. They typically write more songs than are released, it's just that they whittle the list of songs written down to the batch of songs that will be recorded. The most famous example would be the unrecorded Virtual XI leftovers that wound up on Brave New World. The b sides of this album are some kind of cult? I checked setlist.fm to see if he did play all 14 X Factor songs, but nobody's updated the pages for his recent shows, and no luck on finding anything but Justice being posted on YouTube. One video I found from the Keep it True Festival had a comment asking if they recorded Justice of the Peace, as if that was the only B-Side performed. So...who knows. Maybe he's only doing that one.Justice Of The Peace's instrumental section sounds great live. The vocal parts are 50/50. But a cool rocker, it could have been written in the early 2000s too. He didn't play the other 2 B-sides?
He said he´ll do all of them. The headlining shows are 2+ hours, this was a 1 hour 40 min set restriction so I can see why they ditched the b-sides.He didn't play the other 2 B-sides?
I always felt Bruce didn't enjoy singing Lord of the FliesFrom Bruce's recent interview with Chris Jericho, he was asked about TXF album:
He said he wasn't interested in listening to it at the time because he wasn't in the band. Despite both of their voices being so different and it was hard for him, he loved Blaze and Wolfsbane, great guy. ''Sign Of The Cross'' works for his voice and it's a great song, but some other Blaze songs don't. Lower register. He also added that Blaze sings with a lot of power and that he would struggle to make that as effective as him.
Same here with futureal and man on the edgem but he did a great job.I always felt Bruce didn't enjoy singing Lord of the Flies
I think he liked Futureal but I I Always preferred Blaze on that one, Man on the edge and Lord.Same here with futureal and man on the edge but he did a great job.
I think he likes Sign, Clansman and probably Futureal. Man (for sure, it's for Blaze) and Flies probably not so much, but the latter was such a surprise for the 2003 tour that he should at least enjoy it. And it's like a song they could have written with him in the 90's. He did a great job with all of them.I always felt Bruce didn't enjoy singing Lord of the Flies
Futureal and man on the edge i think blaze deserve tha his voice fits well. Bruce sings a bit without that rude voice. Lord of thr flies bruce goes up in the chorus and feels ok and clansman and sign of the cross bruce wins by farI think he likes Sign, Clansman and probably Futureal. Considering there are three support acts, I'd say we're in for a late night. Doors at 7, three support acts. I don't expect Blaze to hit the stage earlier than 9:30-10PM and then maybe he's finished around 23:30? I'd suggest you'd get a room if you can manage it - I got one. Hotels in Jönköping aren't that expensive, and especially if you bring a +1 and split it.Regarding his show in Jönköping on Saturday:
Anyone who knows when Blaze might enter the stage and when the gig might end? It would help me plan and maybe eventually bring a +1 with me for the driving's sake. It's a 3 hour drive and back from where I'm at.
Many thanks for the food for thought. I was thinking the +1 for someone who could do the driving tooConsidering there are three support acts, I'd say we're in for a late night.
