Black Sabbath

There is a few new pics. I think ozzy will perform seated. Ive read theyll perform like 4 or 5 sabbath songs and 4 or 5 ozzy songs if he can. And the rest will be the others bands. Historic show. I think ozzy can sing i saw them in dublin in 2019 and i was expecting a bad show and was really good but bill ward wasnt there.
Saw them in 2016, and was worried about how Ozzy would sound, but they were great.

Of course, that was 9 years ago. Importantly, the original lineup will perform. I was very disappointed that Bill Ward wasn’t with them on the tour I saw.

I’m stuck here in the US but would have loved to visit Birmingham for this show.

I saw them during the farewell tour. And the same i was expecting ozzy singing horrible and what i saw was ozzy having fun singing at least well and what i can remember an AMAZING and contundent and heavy sound. Specially tony iommi' guitar riffs. Into the void 10/10

I saw Ozzy as a solo artist once in my home country, back when Zakk Wylde was on guitar. It was in an almost sold-out arena. Overall, I left disappointed. The stage was completely bare—just black curtains and Ozzy’s bucket of water. That’s all I remember. I felt robbed.

Some might say that the music alone should matter, but for me, the show was seriously underwhelming. It felt like Ozzy’s team was cutting corners—like they thought, “Pffft, some forgotten place in Eastern Europe,” and didn’t bother putting any real effort into the stage or the performance.

Sure, the drummer and Zakk played their asses off, but Ozzy… I’ve always kind of seen him as Sharon’s puppet—a drunken, money-making machine. Sorry, but that’s how it felt.

Yes i read some didapointed reviews of ozzys solo tours and bad shows at youtube. So thats why i was expecting a horrible show. But at least at dublin in 2017 what i saw was a really good show and with a lot of energy

I saw Sabbath in 1998 on the reunion tour.
Back then I only knew the classics like Paranoid, Iron Man and War Pigs. Ozzy sounded great and had fun with a bucket of water.

I saw Black Sabbath on their farewell tour in 2017 and they were great, with a better than expected Ozzy (to be fair, I wasn’t expecting much).

Exactly the same. I expected ozzy singing out of tune and not moving to much. And they were heavier than i expected. Same tour

So today is the day. For those who expect Guns n Roses i think Axl will not be there just duff and slash. If Axl show and sing sabbath bloody sabbath( they reharsed it this week) that would be a surprise.

Axl is really joke, but rest of Guns are fantastic. I got tickets for Belgrade show in two weeks, I hope I will disembarked from vessel to catch them.

Gojira and Tool seems to be highlight of the other bands. But Guns played 4 Sabbath song, big respect for that.

Ronnie Wood was there, strange that Brian May was not here since his close bond with Tony.

I've had the livestream of the concert on in the background most of the day, very enjoyable stuff for the most part but seeing a lot of Maiden's contemporaries performing really makes me think the people who are critical of Bruce's vocals nowadays would have some much softer targets with some of these guys.
Hetfield turned into a very dependable lead singer

Its all right
Never say die
Sabbath bloody sabbath
And the other one?

Mirrored full Ozzy/Sabbath performance.

Honestly, this is much, much better than I expected, considering Ozzy's state. Kudos to Ozzy. And it was done like it should be. No autotune, no tracks. Just Ozzy, Tony, Geezer and Bill. War Pigs is a bit rough, but some of the songs in here are great. Namely Mr. Crowley, Mama, N.I.B. and Iron Man.

Watched Ozzy’s and Black Sabbath’s sets on YouTube—no foul play. It all felt very heartfelt, sad but fitting. Also just watched Slayer’s set. Man, those guys sure are something… Tom sounded fresh and convincing. "Retirement" suits him.

Sad to see the show. Sad to hear ozzys trembling voice and how he moved in the throne. But even in that condition he sang well. Great show with a great lineup. Cool to see smashing pumpkins singer sing breaking the law and ronnie wood and sytven tyler. A lot of rock stars there a a lot that i didnt know. The one how sang changes and i think there were at least 2 members of ghost? Singer and drummer?. And jake e lee playing ultimate sin i dont know the other who played whith him.

And no motorhead members? No mikey dee no campbell? Weird..
