Mine (no particular order):

Iron Maiden - No Prayer For The Dying (one of my fave albums EVER. yes, NPFTD.)
Paul McCartney - Flowers In The Dirt
The Notwist - Nook
Guns'n'Roses - Use Your Illusion I & II (love both, blue a little more)
Slayer - Seasons In The Abyss

plus additionally Metallica's Black Album as an honorable mention

I thought this was gonna be harder than it actually was but frankly this top 5 is completely solid. The top 3 are overall top 10 contenders and I'm sure 4 and 5 are in my overall top 20.

Still left out some great albums though; ABBA's Gold, Carcass's Necroticism, Nightwish's Oceanborn, Symphony X's The Divine Wings of Tragedy, Radiohead's OK Computer... I even had a George Carlin album in my notes (Parental Advisory: Explicit Content).
