I’d have done the same thing if Powerslave was on its way out. It’s been driving me nuts at how people keep treating this as a joke and several people have completely given up because of lack of interest. I’m trying to keep things interested for all involved. I don’t recall anyone screaming over AMOLAD being unfairly subjected to it, so I don’t see why it’s an issue now.
 
I don't think anyone here is treating this as a joke but don't expect people to keep at it at the same pace for 2 months as it's not exactly rushing my adrenaline you know, we don't really need to hurry it... I don't care much about reducing 50 points but if the others want then I don't see much reason not to revert it.

Yeah, there have been some campaigning over Powerslave before. I mean I don't care that much but POM elimination while Powerslave has 300+ votes is beyond belief.
 
I’d drop it another fifty but that would mean TBOS being erased prematurely, too. I do agree that the Powerslave score is so high the game will go on forever if it doesn’t drop down, but I don’t know how to do it without subjecting the other albums to the same treatment so everything’s on an even playing field.

You know, I'd actually like it if Powerslave somehow managed to be the next one out at this point because of how hilarious the reactions would be.

But instead of doing arbitrary subtractions, why not just increase the vote weight to 5 or something?
