Tie breaking method is fine, if anything it persuades people to do what it says "Vote for your least favourite" rather than continually tactical vote. If it's been getting votes for a long time then it's clearly not a favourite :P
 
It makes the game more exciting for some I suppose. For others it's a cardinal sin against the Forum Gods.
 
Not the best, but pretty close. The fact that it's about to lose to Wasted Years is really unfortunate. I like both songs, but BTATS is epic and it rocks hard.

Evil

This was tough, but Stranger is a mood-heavy song that also has a killer riff, whereas I've always found Wasted's chorus to be too happy. Nothing against Evil, either -- I just think the others are better.

Paschendale and Brighter are so epic it hurts.

For example, in the Kiss survivor, if there was a tie between songs with two votes (which happens a lot) and Only You was one of them, I could maybe eliminate that song just because I've been voting for it since the beginning. That's not really fair. There's not much you can do about it in regular rounds, but a tiebreaker round during the top ten can easily solve that problem. It's also more interesting, because there's plenty of people voting for both songs.

I see what you mean here. (By the way, in that survivor I've only been voting for another song from that album to keep the balance but later I thought it was less under threat.)
