Got my flights booked for the trip to and from Oslo in June. I managed to only spend £76.40, not including insurance, which I'm pretty chuffed about. I also bought a Norwegian phrase book with an audio CD. "Snakker du engelsk?" will come in useful. There is also a section on romance which will be useful for when I meet the Norwegian ladies.

New phrase: "Hei ditt hysetryne, skal vi slåss?"

Also, return flight for less than £100? Impressive.

My return flight is with Scandanavian Airlines. It's without checked baggage though and I can only take 8kg onboard. I'll have to travel light.

The climate in Oslo looks ok so hopefully I won't need to bring much clothes. All I'll need is a couple of pairs of boxer shorts and socks and some travel sized toiletries. I have a small toothbrush at home that I'll pick up at Christmas. Remind me to do that.

Actually I can take checked baggage on my return flight weighing 23kg. :) I'll still want to take that toothbrush though!

Then you can bring a smalahove with you back home. Btw, I didn't know Scandinavian sold any tickets without checked baggage. One item is included in their ticket by default.

Jeg ar vegetarianer, Wingman.

Yeah, as I said in the previous post there is checked baggage in the ticket despite it only costing me £35. I think with my outgoing ticket which is with Norwegian I can only take 10kg hand luggage so if I want to buy loads of tourist tat in Oslo I might have to buy a cheap suitcase there. :P
