And I learned to say Tack! to everyone. Because I'm Canadian, and that's what we do.

I learned to say "tak", meaning "yes" in Polish and "branch" in Dutch. Apart from the whole meet and gig, I am definitely looking forward to the language.

Well "Takk/Tak/Tack" is spelled differently between the three, "Skål" is spelled the same way in all three

Got my flights booked for the trip to and from Oslo in June. I managed to only spend £76.40, not including insurance, which I'm pretty chuffed about. I also bought a Norwegian phrase book with an audio CD. "Snakker du engelsk?" will come in useful. There is also a section on romance which will be useful for when I meet the Norwegian ladies.
