The crowds changed drastically over the years, I've seen every Maiden tour from 1990 on, and it got constantly quieter. Which is a thing I don't mind btw. Being 50 now, I don't need to behave at a concert like a 15 year old anymore, and all that pushing around etc. pissed me off in 1990 already...

Absolutely THIS. Couldnt agree more. I dont understand how a band of Maidens call would ever allow to ruin their trademark in a way Herve did. I'm glad they changed the artist now for the present tour, and I finally enjoy buying event shirts of Maiden again. Looking forward to receive Budapest...

Probably the small kit is based on Smallwoods saving politics. Simon will be allowed getting a bigger kit only after he's hired safely for the future, otherwise it's considered a waste of money.

Why do so many here point out the "IF" about a new record? I have no doubt there will be one. Why wouldn't it.

Also I think when recording with Simon, this is THE perfect moment to change their producer. Could there be any better moment.
