I'm not at all a Janick basher. Quite the contrary. But i'm interested in knowing what do you guys percieve as being Janick's role/contribution to Maiden since Bruce and Adrian rejoined. To me, part of his songwritting has been a major factor in the band's sound, and also with three guitars...

Exactly. Many fans i know tend to recommend En Vivo. I think it's remarkable, btw, how for example on Flight 666 Bruce really hits the high notes on Aces High but, more than 20 years before, he was REALLY struggling with that one on LAD :eek:

I totally get that, but don't you realistically think there were much better live albums since?

Although i really appreciate this album, i've always felt that it's a bit overrated. Bruce in particular seems to be struggling a lot. What do you guys think? Is this album so highly regarded because of it's historical context?
