Although Di'Anno, Dickinson, and Baley's lyrics are the second best thing in my opinion about Iron Maiden songs, the solos are what really take the cake in a song. What are each of your top five favorite solos. List threads are A-Ok!

OK! I made a huge mistake. When talking about Virtual 11 I said that the "Educated Fool" and "Futureal" were the only two good songs. I was sorely mistaken. I had never bothered listening to "When Lightning Strikes Twice," but because of that sick solo it has kicked the "The Educated Fool" off...

The song somehow puts perspective to our tiny pale blue dot and the infinite expanse and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. It also reminds that the universe is constantly trying to kill us

Technically, I believe that Run to the Hills was mainly written about the Lakota and the "hills" are likely the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming. The song also mentions "soldier blue" which is a reference to the calvary uniforms worn by soldiers of the indian wars in the 1870's

We will probably have to wait until 2036 for the band to be that age

I can't narrow it down to one song but the ones which are pure agony are Back in the Village, Don't Look Into the Eyes of a Stranger and the Legacy
