"The set list was appalling to be honest with you. Although a lot of their music is fantastic to pick mostly besides off of the unknown albums I felt shorted the fans on a concert that we all waited a long time to see. Most fans of the audience had never heard any of those songs other than the...
It would be nice if they did release one more album without the intention of touring it. A simple farewell for the fans. Maybe package a new live album with it. And can it be a little more uplifting and less brooding this time? After Senjutsu I wanted to wear bright colors and sunbathe for a year.
I find this upcoming tour to be kind of unnecessary. I'm more excited about the current one (seeing them in Nov) because they ignored SiT for so long. They already did Legacy. If it's their last one, I get it. But what about the last 20 plus years? So many songs nobody has ever heard live...
I understand Steve and company are shit broke but did they really need to milk it by making you buy Number of the Beast which everyone and my dead grandma owns just to get Beast Over Hammersmith? It makes me wish my favorite band was Skid Row. They only have one good album to worry about buying.
That tattoo of yours looks cheap and nasty too. At least I can sell the figures and not be stuck with them for the rest of my life.
How do you like them apples?
Christ, what a bunch of miserable marks. The entire point of the thread was in the header. Do any of you have a sense of humor? Any fucking joy in your life?
So it says on the back of these things that I have to collect them all. I'm only doing what I'm told. Anyone else finding these things at your local record store? I got these at a place called Sky Valley in NJ. Pretty cool. I was also told that if the hole at the top of the cardboard that's used...
But is it really? TBOS has Empire Of The Clouds which is something Maiden has never done before. Mix that in with a ballad and the epics and you have something more varied than Senjutsu. This isn't a bad thing because I'll spin Senjutsu over TBOS nine out of ten times.
Still the most consistent since AMOLAD. Not as daring as TFF and not the variety that was BOS. I'm still conflicted. I keep going back to this more than their other post Blaze stuff but it's hard to say it's better or worse than what came before it. This is the best "what do you think of this...
Elden Ring is the shit. I'm at the the Capital Ash lvl 115 and according to the interwebs, this is it until NG+. I love everything From Software. Unless it's another Bloodborne, I hope they don't stray from the open world formula for now on.
I'm now with you on this. It's been enough time to digest the record and I revisited it today riding around and found an even better appreciation for it. I still maintain it's their most consistent album since AMOLAD and their most mature songwriting to date. I adore Senjutsu.
