For me the best stage setup was the World Slavery Tour, but then again I saw them live in Detroit, MI for that show! It was awesome! And now I'm probably showing my age a bit LOL.

Depending upon your interenet setup you may or may not have to forward ports. Some can get away with the default settings. As for mp3 bootlegs, you may not find what you want. Many bootleg traders do not mess with them.

For me definitely Somewhere in Time. Being a child of the 80's it was just weird when it first came out. LOL I was also never really able to get into the Blaze years either although I do like a few of the songs from that era.
