It was a little slow going at first, I myself had to take a second to 1) take in the moment and 2) finish my water lol. I dunno if you saw but there were some moshers during 2MTM. Beer went flying a few times.
It is my impression that in aging, time seems to hit men a little bit harder around the age of 65.
But yeah, the cancer wouldn't have helped either.

Love this improvised Aces solo from Adrian, it sounds like a solo he would have played during Bruce solo days.

I could definitely see that, haha! From Megadeth's set onward, there was one up front and one like 50 yards directly behind it in the back GA section.
It took awhile for the whole crowd to reach Bruce-approved levels. He mentioned it quite a bit with lots of F-bombs., haha. Although, this was my first trek out to Hershey for a concert whereas Philly that's never really been a problem, maybe it was all the quakers.

Caught my first ever Maiden gig last night at Hershey, came all the way from Orlando. The show could have been 50% of what it was and I would have been overcome with emotion finally just being in the same place as the band, but I had an amazing time with the music and found myself choking up a bit during Infinite Dreams.
I was directly behind the center pit (unfortunately mosh retired since a nasty wrist snap) and headbanged the entire set, but I was keenly aware almost nobody except the pit was moving around me. Almost no one was doing the “wo-oh-oh’s” with any vigor and things really didn't pick up until the big songs. Didn’t ruin my night because I about busted my neck all evening, but growing up listening to all the live records from the UK and South/Central America made me think the crowd was going to be more into it.
Bruce seemed a little peeved, there were a few comments like “50%” during Fear of the Dark and “where the fuck are you” pretty early on. Felt bad if he wasn’t feeling the crowd, but the show still meant the world to me and I hope I get to see them again.
In the meanwhile, hoping to see Nicko’s show back home this weekend!

Exactly. I had luck with it this year at Nova Rock when it sounded ok. But still, that performance was pale in comparison to 2009, 2013, 2018 and 2019.

Interesting that Aces High was already in the encore on the Maiden England tour, and still sounded good. I guess it's because it was before the cancer. They shouldn't have put the song in the encore anymore after that.

I didn't mean it was equal to the LOTB ones. But still was better than during this tour or 22.
Looking at the setlist... that's a lot of epics, but also a lot of time where it's just instrumental passages and Bruce has time to rest. I wouldn't be surprised if the heavier, faster tracks from the early years get cut, as they've been hinting at. Aces High is one clear culprit here.

Well, aye but it could also be a hint that they are gonna drop the slower numbers.
Personally I reckon it means that they will drop the lesser spotted songs. We will never see 7th Son or Rime again. Infinite Dreams? Forget about it. But ye can be damn sure that we will see 2 Mins and Run to the Hills again.
I do believe in the hint of a post reunion material setlist. Murders or Killers won't be in that set but 2 Mins or somethin probably will be.
