I saw Anthrax in Stockholm last week and they had different prices for the shirts, the most expensive (with tour dates) was around 60 euros also..Glad you didn't go and se AC/DC then hahahaha their shirts were around €60
I went and saw Mogwai last year and I still remember that the t-shirt was more expensive than the ticket hahahahahaha
He grabs his cable and essentially uses it as a pick to hit the strings while he fingers the chord with the other hand. He appears to be bullfighting with it in this instance, however.wtf is Janick doing during Dave's solo?
The tempo is ok to me. The sound is what i see it has chsnged and for me is not the drummer. What you say to play more alive its what i felt when i saw them a month ago. Everything was clear and well separate. I miss the raw. Something has changed, about the way they the sound is mixed. They sounded exactly like helloween sound nowadays. The same thing helloween is using they are using it now....Its faster. A bit but yes it is. No idea why they played like this without adrian. Simon is good but i still think the band is missing something...Idk ....
They need to sound more alive. I miss that liveliness they had (maybe is the tempo idk).
I still find the tempo of the songs a bit sluggish, even though they’ve picked up the pace a little in recent shows.
It was Evergrey, right? Phenomenal band (one of my favourites!) but yeah, unfortunately for the last few years they use backing tracks for the choruses with additional backing vocals and synth layers. It's pretty disappointing since they really don't need to do that, but it is what it is, I suppose.Maybe someone has adressed it before, but the opening band in Paris seemed to use backing tracks, at least for the choruses. Am I wrong ? Anyone else noticed it?
Bruce is superhumanIf lyon encore was not filmed....this is by far bruce best aces high in this whole tour and the 2025 tour
LOOOOOOOOLL i was thinking adrian dont give a shit about where he plays.
Adrian's enthousiasm is unmatched!
I think he has preserved his voice during the show or the break before aces high has been extendedBruce is superhuman
Blaze plays friday maiden saturdayRealistically even if they wanted to Blaze couldn't join Maiden at Knebworth on stage could he? Because all their songs are in E standard still and he plays even his own material in D nowadays, so would probably still sound as strained in E as he did in 1998.
Maiden will die the day they use that.Maybe someone has adressed it before, but the opening band in Paris seemed to use backing tracks, at least for the choruses. Am I wrong ? Anyone else
Steve and Bruce have already been asked about that and said no. Steve also said he wouldn't be joining Blaze on stage during his set.I would absolutely love it if Maiden decided to perform one song with Bruce and Blaze sharing vocals at Knebworth.
The most obvious choice, I think, would be Fear of the Dark. Blaze's baritone would suit the slower sections of the song beautifully, while Bruce could take over the more soaring parts.
It would also feel like the right thing to do, especially if the reports are true that Steve pushed behind the scenes for Blaze to be included in the Rock Hall induction. And on a more personal level, it would help bring a certain emotional arc full circle for Blaze.
I'm 100% on board with the idea.
Please, make it happen.
That's a given. Blaze tunes to Eb these days and we know that tuning down is a source of all evil according to S. P. Harris.Steve also said he wouldn't be joining Blaze on stage during his set.
He tunes Maiden songs to D.That's a given. Blaze tunes to Eb these days and we know that tuning down is a source of all evil according to S. P. Harris.
Even more evil then.He tunes Maiden songs to D.
