They wouldn't have said ROW dates will be released in the new year if they didn't plan on actually doing it.
Australia, NZ and Japan are not territories they could pull of stadiums, so there is plenty of time to sell arenas for those countries.
I'm waiting for an announcement to see the size of the venues they've hired.
Germany and Slovakia.

Those dates are set and my guess is you are going/hoping to go to those shows. My question was what other dates are you waiting for them to announce? Why would you care if you are going to Germany and Slovakia? Why do you find that annoying?
It's the bigger problem. I'm a fan for a long, long time, and I would like to know all dates of the current tour, especially if they said they are going to announce those this year. The other thing is the documentary. Last March, they announced their plans, and a year later, we know nothing reliable about this, apart from the promises from the year before. The sound of (this) silence is too loud to my ears!

Yeah I am finding the band to be frustratingly quiet right now. They've not really mentioned anything since mid December. There's not really anything to be hyped about.
Stranger Things, Smith/Kotzen and trying to get people to buy Knebworth tickets. That's all we've had.

Exactly, maybe something went wrong with relations between musicians? I can't find this kind of silence comfortable.

I remember the silence back in 2014/15 when it turned out later Bruce was suffering from cancer. I hope everything is alright with everybody in the band.

Rest of world concerts won't start until November, almost 9 months away, no reason to panic! Tour may not finish until December. Yes, as someone who lives in Thailand, would rather have an announcement now, but May or June is OK.

You are right nothing seems off. It’s just mightily annoying because I want to plan my holidays or decide which Europe dates to attend instead if not!!

Maiden is the one band which is always active in a way or another and yet people complain about not having anything to wait just because they don't shitpost 24/24h.
I think the user above also has a point that you could see it as deviation.
I think if so many people perceive it as odd or annoying or even start to worry some members could be ill, it is a bit simple to claim they are all just too impatient or don’t get it.
We could also ask if that way to announce is really suitable if it causes all these reactions.
That is not the same as excepting Maiden to post irrelevant stuff on social media every day.
Or there is really something going on we don’t know about.
