They wouldn't have said ROW dates will be released in the new year if they didn't plan on actually doing it.

Those dates are set and my guess is you are going/hoping to go to those shows. My question was what other dates are you waiting for them to announce? Why would you care if you are going to Germany and Slovakia? Why do you find that annoying?
It's the bigger problem. I'm a fan for a long, long time, and I would like to know all dates of the current tour, especially if they said they are going to announce those this year. The other thing is the documentary. Last March, they announced their plans, and a year later, we know nothing reliable about this, apart from the promises from the year before. The sound of (this) silence is too loud to my ears!
And what is your conclusions from that silence? I didn't really follow this thread, so I have not a profound idea of what's up. If you don't mind, you might wanna give me a short update about what's going on.

They just have finished a part of the world tour. And they have booked another year.

to be fair when people don't get told anything for a while they usually expect something bad has happened or something secret. Instead of just think nothing is happening.
