With their lazy management it's a damn shame Maiden never rose above being a bar band...
Rod's not always been lazy (in the past). Now they have three people in their management, and many actual decisions were mistakes, as we said in this thread. With their lazy management it's a damn shame Maiden never rose above being a bar band...
Well it is mainly you saying it in this thread over and over again.many actual decisions were mistakes, as we said in this thread.
... 'cos I'm aware of that, most of the fans really don't care about it at all.Well it is mainly you saying it in this thread over and over again.

Announcing the only show in the UK at Knebworth Park is the thing that I and only I consider a mistake, playing the same set list to announce the big stadium/festival tour in Europe, just a few months after the same one was completed. Not informing people about their decisions on the documentary via the official site is just one of the first random examples of the facts that thousands of fans criticize around the world. And now we still don't know what they are going to do next, even the announcements of another live shows are just fan-guessing.There you go, now it's correct.
Delusional much?thousands of fans criticize around the world
They're going to make millions upon millions and you call it a mistake. So funny.playing the same set list to announce the big stadium/festival tour in Europe, just a few months after the same one was completed
I planned a trip to Germany and bought a ticket for Wacken, believing that Iron Maiden would be playing there in their anniversary year.
It will still be a great trip, but I am a little disappointed.
What do you think, is there a small chance that they still will be announced for Wacken as a surprise?
The Wacken lineup is definitely not complete.
Why is there this strange break in the middle of Iron Maiden's tour?

I will look closely at as many faces as possible when I will be in Wacken.
Yes, a strange gap. I can not stop feeling there is something odd about the planning, schedule, announcement of this tour.
But we of course can not know if there is something to this feeling or not at all.
Those people don't know about geographySome people suggested that they would add dates on the American West Coast.
Based on the source, I think it was something that Live Nation discussed or looked at, but it depends on when that discussion happened, it could have been before dates were announced and Maiden management opted for the smaller run of NA dates only. Those people don't know about geography

Megadeth will tour the West Coast, but as a headliner. I'm waiting for the last series of dates, who knows when they announce ones?!Based on the source, I think it was something that Live Nation discussed or looked at, but it depends on when that discussion happened, it could have been before dates were announced and Maiden management opted for the smaller run of NA dates only.
Just because LN ask for it doesn't mean they get it![]()

Shipping of the gear also takes time, so the break makes sense. Maiden don't have complete A and B rigs like other acts.
First time I hear they don't have the B - equipment. I don't think so. It's too expensive to bring the same gear around the world in the constant routine of touring. I think they will bring the tour to Oceania and Asia from Chile, with a week's break due to logistics.I don't think that happened at all. I don't believe Live Nation would make such proposals to a huge band like Maiden, who plan their tours well in advance and know exactly which markets they want to target.
The members of the official forum are making up all kinds of things that aren't true.
But it's a long break and the equipment only has to be transported from Europe to North America. Then it would be impossible to continue the tour in Australia.
It shows how the sales are. As I said, in some countries they've overestimated the demand. I wouldn't be surprised by the same result in Central America. They're not announcing any news, I'm wondering why???Even more discounted tickets for Bucharest.
Because it's not the right time? They're not announcing any news, I'm wondering why???
