And in other domestic news besides [gesticulates], the Supreme Court may be issuing their ruling on the tariffs on Friday. During arguments during the hearing regarding them, there appeared to be skepticism from the conservative wing and some of those said justices seemed adamant that tax revenue must be raised from Congress, not from the oval. Of course, it's this Supreme Court, so who knows what the hell they'll actually do. A lot of the current budget priced the projected tariff revenue in, so, we'll see what happens if they do indeed get struck down.

People have gone through the footage frame-by-frame. The ICE scum wasn't in any danger, was beside the car and shot through the driver's side window. It was an execution, plain and simple, and he's going to get away with it.

Every single person who voted for Trump has blood on their hands.

How's that? Financial Times just reported that US seized a Russian flagged ship. This is an act of war and something that clearly an "asset" wouldn't do to its owner.
No US president will be another county's asset in 2026, let alone Russia's, please be reasonable. The level of propaganda spread by supposed reputable sources is sickening.

Trump is a weak president, yes, he's proven to be another neocon, yes, he's selfish, he's flawed but he is sure as fuck a patriot. And in no case anyone's asset.

Or this is choreographed with Russia, to help Trump wash away that image going into the midterms. Their response to it has been muted, and even their Venezuela responses seem like feigned outrage.
It wouldn't be the first time they'd help him out with his Russian Asset chip, since Putin repeatedly has pretended he wouldn't want Trump as President because he'd be "tougher" than Harris or Biden.

Just that, choreography, is central to the 2nd Trump administration; we have seen it with the ICE raids that according to WH email correspondance have had media producers on the ground. We have seen it with him turning signing EOs into rally events etcetera etcetera. We have also seen that the Trump administration works very hard at creating alternate realities and to hide things from the public and from their allies.


And "sure as fuck a patriot". This is the single most tragically funny thing I have read. A patriot who wanted to shred the Constitution. A patriot who argued in court that he does not need to uphold the Constitution. A patriot who calls 50% of the country vermin and similar demonizing slurs. A patriot who tears down US institutions and crushes US's soft power. A patriot who collects bribes and engages in money schemes. What a patriot.
The only thing Trump would be a patriot of, is Trumpistan, because everything is centered around him, him and him.

True, but those who are deeply invested in the conspiracy theory that Trump is literally on the payroll of Putin will not brook any evidence to the contrary. Even when Trump's US has just unilaterally taken out a key Russian ally in Maduro, implicitly supported the overthrow of Assad last year and is certainly agitating for regime overthrow in Iran. Even the seizure of the tanker is presented as a '4d-chess' move co-ordinated between Washington and the Kremlin to throw everyone off the scent.

As to whether the Orange Man is a patriot, I'm not so sure, I think his ego is just that great that any country he is in charge of has to be the greatest of all time, the best, yuge, and he will act drastically and often foolishly in order to posture in this fashion. In this manner, he is also extremely susceptible to flattery and manipulation at the hands of Putin, Netanyahu etc.

Because that is quite literally the Trump playbook. And when has Trump ever really engaged in a fight with an equal? He caves to the strong and terrorizes the weaker instead, same as every other bully. Few actually believe he is actually paid by Russia, but he is cut from the same cloth as Putin, who just so happens when all is said and done, siding with him on most things for 10 years.
The odd time he actually did pick a fight, with China, he backed down with the tail between his legs. Letting the U.S. seize the ship is in line with the Kremlin's broader political goals, their interest of having Trump wreck the U.S. aside - the world divided into spheres of influence, in which the strong can do what they will and the general dismantling of international rules; Venezuela is in the (by Trump) stipulated U.S. sphere of interest.

He is enormously flawed, very vulernable to flattery and to neocons but I believe he means meant good for America. He had good intentions, great mandate, he had a second chance, armoured with the wisdom of the first failure and he still failed. All due to his flawed character and egomania.

I don't think he is manipulated by Netanyahu at all, just by the lobby. Between him and Putin, they both try to manipulate each other but in my eyes Trump wins as Putin's position has definitely weaken inside Russia since Trump was elected.

I literally don't think Trump can differentiate between things that are good for him personally and things that are good for the US.
He's so self centered and his ego is so huge that he just automatically assumes anything good for him is automatically good for the whole country.

I think he very well can differentiate - he just does not care about anybody but himself and extentions of himself (such as legacy and family).
