Dont know it could be steel prophet. The album i heard could be 1999 or 2000. He singed reaching the high notes like bruce in peace of mind and the way he vocaliced the same. The second band thay someone posted arent that onr for sure.

I actually listened to their first album after learning that they were intently trying to do AoB/TCW-style music and I enjoyed it.

Jacob's Dream - Kinescope. The singer sounds quite a lot like Dickinson, though hits higher and whatever live clips I've seen, is more pleasent sounding live than Dickinson

I always thought Jacobs Dream had more of early Fates Warning and Queensryche, especially the Theater Of War album which is highly recommended by the way!
