Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

Looking at San Siro seating map, doesn't look like strong sales. Playing the stadium not using typical goal end configuration (playing across rather than down pitch), which I am guessing would make capacity lower, maybe 40000. Maiden Italy website says more than 20000 tickets sold, which seems low but those ticket prices are high!

On Def Leppard website they have 2 UK shows listed as sold out but on Ticketmaster still a couple of hundred tickets left at both venues. Sold Out not always mean that.

Looking forward to other tour announcements this side of Christmas.
Of course the sales aren't strong. The prices for that gig are ridiculous. I could get a return TAP boarding pass from Venice and one standing ticket for Lisbon for the price of one standing ticket in Milan.

Springsteen's stage configuration for San Siro is same as for Maiden.
Yeah i think Coldplay & Muse might have used the same configuration too so it isn`t Maiden specific at the San Siro.

Total opposite for us, the higher Maiden ticket cost was easily offset by the massively higher flight cost from where we live to Lisbon over Milan Linate. As a result we are off to see Maiden in the San Siro so hopefully it will sell out by next June!

Pula Arena events announcement for next season are little strange since new director is on the position. Also regular yearly MMA event was not held there as usual.

New director also was maybe trying to impress community how good he is in new position in recent interview but without completed contract with bands.

The financial aspect does indeed seem to be an important factor. For example, most bands play both Rock im Park and Rock am Ring, but it is entirely possible to negotiate playing only one of the festivals.
It's not the case that if one of these festivals fits in well with your schedule, that there is no other option but to play both.
Maiden obviously didn't want that.

Rumour: Finland skipped because organiser refuse to pay enough. o_O

The really seem to need money. What's going on?

Being honest, I don't believe Iron Maiden management signed a deal for Pula shows.

I doubt they will visit Oceania or Asia, it's too early since their last time. I hope for some 9 dates in Latin America during the October.
I don’t know they said it will be a busy schedule and they didn’t say that with future past ‘24 which was a crazy schedule. I’d say 22 European shows, 18 USA shows, 8 LATAM shows, 8 australian shows, 4 asian shows. 60 shows total, then nothing in 2027.

Wouldn't it be smarter to confirm the countries? Before fans decide to spend their money on something else or other bands because they don't believe anymore a Maiden show will be announced?
What is the advantage of waiting?

That is weird but in other countries especially the ones they don’t play in often they’ll sell out quicker, Maiden is huge in LATAM and all the Australia shows sold out fast last year in advance so Oct LATAM Nov Australia/Asia

Colombia show is booked for 6 October, so I think the LatAm tour will start the same month with the Mexico show, Colombia, Ecuador, three or four shows in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile as the Grand Finale. They could play in Costa Rica and Peru - but I doubt that. 9 - 10 Latin/South America shows will cover all of October. Oceania and Asia should be next in November. I don't believe with many arena dates in Australia, rather two big shows instead, and some shows in Asia in countries where they didn't play for many years: UEA, Singapore, Indonesia, and one big show in Japan. I think they will play over 60 shows next year.

I can not think of an advantage of waiting if everything is finalised.
Why not announce the European shows, then the rest of the world shows, then after the initial fast sales, next step the publication of the book. Because then there will be headlines about Maiden again and the upcoming tour will also be mentioned in the articles.
