I keep facepalming, just WHYwww.instagram.com
Crowd going crazy during Aces High. That's why they should have kept it as the opener. Senjutsu is nothing compared to this.

And some guitar/gear analysis?Great concert but 2 major minuses...
More soon.
exactly, and then go full out senjutsu on the appropriate tourHonestly I would've kept things the same as 2018 except maybe replace Wicker Man or FTGGOG with Writing On The Wall.
They haven't regularly done more than 3 since the mid '90s on TXF tour. Prior to that, 4 songs was pretty standard. They did 4 encores at the end of The X Factour in South America. 5 Encores during the Brave New World tour in South America. Do they usually do more than 3?
Was Aces High part of the first encore? Did the band walk off? Or was it technically a second encore? They haven't regularly done more than 3 since the mid '90s on TXF tour. Prior to that, 4 songs was pretty standard.
So...
In: Senjutsu, Stratego, The Writing on The Wall, Blood Brothers
Out: Where Eagles Dare, 2 Minutes To Midnight, The Evil That Men Do, The Wicker Man, For The Greater Good Of God
All I'll say is I feel sorry for people who missed the first leg!
I don't know, I wasn't there unfortunatelyWas Aces High part of the first encore? Did the band walk off? Or was it technically a second encore?
First Leg was best setlist since 2005. Don't understand their fascination with Revelations
Yep - they could have easily dropper the Blaze tracks for Senjutsu tracks. Very glad they didn't!I think it is a ballsy setlist. Opening with 3 new songs, two songs from arguably their least popular albums and not having many ‘classics’ early on.
