I can't read/watch stuff like that now. I ditched The Walking Dead and even Ghost's Prequelle when Covid landed and am in no mood to listen to Sabaton.

Even some Maiden could be hard to listen to.
Real life situations don't really impact me that way.
Only exception is that I try to avoid movies/TV shows that have loud ringing that resembles tinnitus (avoided Baby Driver because of that), and also scenes in TV shows/movies that have panic attacks make me uncomfortable.
