Title says it all, looked in youtube and everywhere, i like blaze's original and all, not dising or starting a flame war, just want to listen to bruce's version

What Mosh said. Iron Maiden never performed that song live again upon Bruce Dickinson's return.

If I recall correctly, the only Blaze-era songs Bruce has sang since his return is Sign of the Cross, Lord of the Flies, Man on the Edge, Futureal, and The Clansman.

What the fuck, he sings some of the best songs from the albums blaze recorded but can't sing this one song. Either fans don't give a shit about this song or he's a hypocrite, i really want him to sing this song, i would pay whatever .

I really can't imagine Bruce doing as well as Blaze on When Two Worlds Collide. I think it's one of his best songs, vocally. I don't really care one way or another if Bruce performs it, though I suppose it would be a cool deep cut and I wouldn't mind seeing it live. Still, I'm almost positive Blaze would be far better singing on this one.

i can imagine him, i would still listen to both, bruce already sang some of the best songs blaze performed and no one gives a shit who sings it better

Well, maybe you just need to talk to Bruce, you know. Invite him over to your place and pay him to sing it privately for you. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, we all do it all the time.

 I think it's one of his worst songs, vocally. It gets annoying at the end, when that stomach cringing The anger, the paaaain etc. goes on forever. *shivers*

i just deleted the comments, my drunk self takes things a bit too far, but you are incredibly smart!!! I will definitely call him and tell him to play it for me, i should've thought of that before!! This people don't help, you really helped me finish my quest. I am writing him the letter and using you as an inspiration. Someone should've killed this thing long ago, sorry for the outburst. Did anyone else notice they charge people 25 euros to be a fan???

Hey, Stephan, while you're at it, could you do me a solid and ask him about performing The Thin Line Between Love and Hate and Alexander the Great? Thanks.

Yeah and ask him to kick Nicko's butt since he's the one who refuses to ever play The Duellists.
Much appreciated.

Ooo! I want to add something! See if you could get the whole band to come to my house and do a live concert right in my backyard! Stage props and all and of course the giant Eddie. I'm sure some of it would have to span a couple neighbors yards but its Maiden so they won't mind.

Hmm. Good point. When I said that, I was mostly thinking about the intro and first verse ("Now I can't believe it's true... No errors in the calculations"), which he does phenomenally. Very well. This is one of Blaze's middle of the road Maiden songs.

Now I feel sort of pressured to enumerate some of my favorite Blaze performances with Maiden, so here's some I especially like:
Lord of the Flies
Blood On the World's Hands
The Unbeliever
Futureal

Blood On the World's Hands
The Unbeliever
I guess we're the only two on this board having these songs this high. My favourite song with Blaze is The Unbeliever & my favourite performance by him is Blood on the World's Hands.
