News 18th Studio Album discussion

This sounds like a very possible Maiden studio hint, we know Bruce likes to tease us. Maybe the decision has been made, let's hope so. I mean, we know there's going to be a longer solo tour, which could mean ''pretty busy'' alone, but still.
I agree. In Bruce s style, it could mean a new abum.

Yes,sounds busy with both bands. I just read he is going to put a few songs of his solo album this year and the rest early next year and 4 or 5 videos of the songs.

Touring a new album is extremely time-consuming in itself. Not to mention setting up the entire line of upcoming B.D.&SM products, which, as we all know, must first be tested thoroughly and extensively. Passion rules the game, ya know.

I also think that being so busy—by Bruce's standards—might be a sign that the 18th album is on the way. Even though he has a solo tour coming up, things seem much simpler with his solo band, without the massive production required for a Maiden show.

I'm trying to keep my expectations in check, but it would be disappointing if Maiden simply did nothing in 2027. By then, it will have been 6 years since the release of Senjutsu, and about 8 since it was recorded. It’s high time for a new album from a band with three such creative songwriters.

If they record an album i think wont be out in 2027, beacuse brucr has a new album out,or maybe at the end of the year, after bruce tour

As I continue my work and research on the Iron Maiden legacy and other aspects of the band, I find more and more secrets about them and their abilities. As usual, this work of mine is very challenging in itself and requires top-notch erudition, good skills for breaking into locked offices, and the art of disguise. One of my latest findings is that Iron Maiden awakened some spiritual powers within themselves with the recording and release of their sacred seventh album. They started to foresee the future and things...

I'll just give one example: on the No Prayer for the Dying album, they predicted something very important for pop culture. Undeniable farsightedness.

They wrote a song about the stand of two very prominent people: a father-in-law and a son-in-law. Look at these lyrics being sung from the father-in-law's perspective:
"Nail that Fokker, kill that son
Gonna blow your guts out with my gun"

One possible sequence is new Bruce early 27, and enough separation in time for Maiden #18 either end of 27 or very start of 28.
I'd say a realistic sequence of events would be...

December 2026: 1st Bruce solo single released
March 2027: Bruce's album released
March-April 2027: Iron Maiden #18 recording
End of May - mid July 2027: Bruce solo European tour
Late september 2027: 1st single from IM #18 released, album and tour announcement
Early September - mid November 2027: Bruce solo tour of both Americas
November 2027: Album #18 released

Optional: Late July 2027: Eddfest #2 or 4 gigs at the O2 by Maiden.

Between you miss bruce reahersals. If maiden record and album has to be january to march.

Rehearsals could be 2 weeks. Besides that, his band can rehearse in the meantime and Bruce joins during the last week. That's not a factor.

We know that Maiden changed the drummer and didn't bother rehearsing for more than 2.5 weeks.
I dont know how long does it take to record and album for maiden nowadays. I know NOTB and POM were quick but in others they spent more and nowadays they dont like to be at the studio long time.

In Bruce style it can mean also new flavors of spices. I've seen them yesterday in store - black pepper & salt and vinegar.

The troopers of barbeque

I mean, yeah... but to be fair, he usually hasn't dropped such hints regarding beers, spices and whatnot. He's been totally onboard with the campaigns and all of course, but it has usually been pretty straightforward and not something he'd drop mysterious hints and references on interviews, anyway. :P
