I don't have high expectations for this album. I was disappointed by Mandrake, and this album is coming out so soon after it, even though he surely put his best ideas into Mandrake, why not?

It doesn't matter that it's coming out so soon after the previous one because he has a new band. Also, TMP is ideas that had been collected over the years. About the best ideas, ofc he thinks they are great and some of his best, but I think Bruce sometimes chooses songs with a different feel/parts (like Sonata) over anything. I mean, Shadow is one of his best ideas, Silver Wings too, but he didn't put them on TOS.

Of these, "The Strength of Death" or "The Force of Death" are the closest literal translations, while "Death's Vitality" best captures the paradoxical nature of the Latin. It is essentially an oxymoron, much like saying "living death" or "vibrant decay."
