Brag Thread

Sounds cool man. I always wanted to write a book (ideas enough lol) but due to procrastination it never happened. Would be great to find a kindred spirit comic artist to make it happen though.
Never too late!

I tried something similar with comics trying to get one off the ground. Back in 2016(ish), I wrote a side story for my series that a friend and artist was going to help make into a comic. That went nowhere, so I turned it into a novella for my first short works collection.

In 2019, a different friend showed some interest in helping get it off the ground. I wrote a different side story treatment, and that partnership fizzled quickly. So, that side story's going in my third short works collection. I think that's a sign, no comics for me, hehe.

We continue to get things that we had in the US and in the last batch I found my track and field trophies from middle school and high school. I don't feel I have achieved anything worth bragging about except this. The plack is my MVP from 98, the bear statue is my MVP from 99. The big trophy, the smaller black one and the green one are all First place overall in points for the season. The smaller one is second place overall. The reason I got second was I only participated for half of the season, yup, I used to be a badass at something lol. There are a few of my ribbons, my medals are in my room, but I love how my mom placed my random 4th place karate trophy in there too hahaha.

I'm sure this is gonna piss some of you guys off, but I'm really good at sleeping. I've never in my life had to deal with any form of insomnia. Whenever I lay down in bed to go to sleep, I'm pretty much always fully asleep within 15 minutes, and for the most part I sleep straight through the night. So yeah, I think I might have a super power.

The ONLY times I have an issue with sleeping is if I'm very ill / sick, or if the night before something extremely exciting or nerve-racking, like the night before going on a vacation, or before a job interview, or something like that. But other than that, no issues whatsoever.
