Good performance and surprisingly good sound. Better than Maiden's recent, especially the drums. Afterglow is class.

So he did a verse of Revelations acapella before they did Flash of the Blade?

Odd. He said he was going to play Revelations at least in Brazil (the crowd loved Flash Of The Blade, but) and even mentioned it would be a full show. It was 10 songs, Bruce said this was their allowed time. I hope they won't play it with Maiden soon. A pro-shot of Flash Of The Blade, yes. Full show:

The sound and the cameraman work are usually not that good, but hey, it could have been worse. The bass is loud, which is wow. The band was solid, the crowd wasn't like during Maiden. Tears was moving. The screen was bigger. Book Of Thel is tough even in a shorter set. Bruce said they filmed the Sao Paulo show last year.

Well, the single most prominent feature of that Bruce mix is the massive kick with a massive low end That is the same thing that absolutely makes Live Chapters (which is a good sounding record, unlike Night of the Dead, or, the first K.K's Priest record. No wonder Downing booted Newton from the mixer's chair for the sophomore).

Thanks for sharing the video. The band sounds really good, but the vocal performance was quite rough in places.

Edit: The keytar solo on Laughing in the Hiding Bush is hideous.

That solo is vile and there is absolutely no need for it. I don't get it why there needs to be a keytar solo in almost every song.
