You can fly directly from London to Pula with Easy Jet, I don't see problem with Easy Jet.

I prefer flying from Heathrow since it is much, much closer to home.

I would prefer to see Maiden in Ljubljana every tour, but I will drive from Ljubljana to Pula with bus (203 km's), back in 2017 I travelled from Ljubljana to Liverpool to see Maiden

Not sure about Heathrow specifically but both TUI & Jet 2 currently fly to Pula. We used TUI in 2024.

According to article that I linked in one of my previous comments, these concerts are already confirmed. Iron Maiden, Nick Cave, David Byrne, Sting, One Republic

Yes I read it, I would just be careful until the dates are announced by Iron Maiden to be sure that’s all.

Arena Pula is indeed amazing. Was there for a gig this year and it was one of the best sounding gigs I have ever heard. Hopefully this is true.

I wonder if they would also be playing the Arènes de Nîmes, another outstanding still standing Roman amphitheatre.

Oh maybe, first time I heard of this place and I searched for flights and there aren't many. Maybe in the summer there are more direct flights for more parts of the world

Pula is OK to get to TBH. I drove down there from Ljubljana this year (only motorways, except a small part around the border). Also, there is Uber and busses down there.

If they do Pula, I'd imagine it will be one of the first, if not the first gig of the tour, unless they do an extensive southern Balkans run before. This also diminishes the chances of a Ljubljana gig to basically 0.

Zagreb, Ljubljana aren't too far away? And then you also have some travelling fans, although they are a minority unless it's the first show of the tour.

Takes me back to the tour start in Lubljana two years ago. I talked with a guy from Zagreb who had driven there. He was on his second bottle of wine, but he explained to us that the arena was going to be so hot he would sweat out all the alcohol by the end of the show so he could drive home safely.
