Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

The name of the tour. 2025/26. There is no mention of 2027 anywhere.

Also, they won't tour Europe for 3 years straight with the same tour/setlist, and they can't just play Oceania and Asia alone. So, if they're really going there, they will next year. If not, then they might go there in 2027 but it will be another tour.
Plans constantly change, the fact no 2027 isn't mentioned on the poster doesn't rule out a 3rd leg entirely.

Unless something beyond their control happens, plans don't change.
2026 will see the end of this tour. If that was supposed to happen, then they would've tour Europe again in 2027, not next year.
Oh you mean like the Maiden England 2012-2014 tour that constantly had added shows and legs and got stretched further than originally planned?

While I genuinely hope that they wont add a 2027 leg to RFYL, it's far from impossible. There's precedent for that.

I thought Maiden England was announced one year at a time? I don't think they said from the get go when announcing the American run "Maiden England 2012-2013"? My recollection may be hazy though.
If I remember right, generally they have announced each tour one year at a time and leave it open ended as to whether the tour will continue another year or just allude to visiting other territories the following year. A tour has never been advertised like RFYL with the following year referenced in marketing.

While it definitely feels like it’s a way of saying the tour will only span these two years, there is literally nothing stopping them from going a third year if they want to. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Can’t wait for this one…
Wasn't Bruce sick at that show?
Unfortunately a 3rd leg looks certain. Which makes sense with their timeline having a smaller run of dates in 2027 means they can record an album in the first part of the year, releasing it after the tour, setting up 2028 nicely.
Similar to TBOS release (originally it was planned to be released in early 2015, recorded in 2014, but I can't see an early release by Maiden again now, so September after a tour is always likely) and tour and what they would have done in 2020. Odd approach, why ''waste'' a year for more of the same (unless it's Part 2). This is their biggest tour, but still. Even if they record the album next year, they could still release it in 2027 after a 3rd leg, unfortunately.
Also lets not forget that this is their best selling tour in ages, it would make sense they want to milk it to death.
It's not like they won't sell out the next tour. And they're not a cabaret act, right...
I would be surprised if they had crammed in Europe, USA, Canada , Mexico, South America and an Oceania leg all into next year
Bruce called the 2026 leg big, but they've never done that before, right^. It's possible though. The 2022 tour was close to that. Eeehh, habits...
I think they might add some dates in 2027, this tour is one of their best ever.
Bruce's mentioning in a new interview that there's a nice window open for Maiden in 2027 is odd. His teasing of Maiden's future after the 1st leg of the current tour in a recent video too.

I like to think you're right about the poster (it's a first, although it's not certain) and Europe again (assuming they'll do Europe next year) with the same set and that they can't just play Asia and Oceania. Can't see Part 2. But the cancelled (3rd) 2020 leg would have been Europe plus Asia/Oceania, iirc - but they didn't play in Europe in 2019, that's the difference. With maybe debut of a new single, so idk. Maiden have been ''lazy'' nowadays, so I wouldn't be surprised, unfortunately. Not like in 2014, but the example with ME tour is there. Starting a new tour (album tour to say, they started there in 2008, 2011 and 2024) in Asia/Oceania is not common for the band, but it's possible. I think it all depends on whether they play Europe next year or not.

Strong rumours about South American Tour covering countries as Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Mexico. Big stadiums and RiR headline show. According to Iron Maiden Brazilia probably more info should be published on 25th September 2025. European, North American dates will be revealed in October. There're some hints they could do Asia and Oceania leg in 2027.
I was hoping the band would play (for the 2nd time) in Asuncion, Paraguay. That's a country I'm interested in visiting - but, given how well the tour has been selling, it looks unlikely that they'll play in such a small market. Que lastima!

Just common logic. Plus some inside info, which are not needed in this case anyway.
Uh, nope. Common logic, based on Maiden's previous patterns, says it is entirely within the realm of possibility that the current tour could stretch into 2027.

The "inside info" I very much doubt and only take with a massive mountain of salt, given that we have no idea on how trustworthy it is in the first place.

So, while I personally hope that 2027 will see something fresh and new (no tour should ever span more than 2 years imo) pretending that it is impossible for a third RFYL leg to be announced in the future is just silly.

Nothing new on forthcoming documentary. All we know the untitled production is slated to be released sround the world this Fall. Still nothing new to come...
