RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Who’d he promise that to, though? We diehards, or the casuals who will fill more of the seats?
At the end of the day a band like Maiden don't really attract the casuals like most legacy band with a stack of radio hits do. They have a massive hardcore audience which has always given them a little more freedom with the sets they chose.
Across Europe they can pretty much sell all these venues they have currently booked with most sets they play tbh, it wasn't Bruce overhyping the set that pushed sales, but more the 50th anniversary angle with the promise of an elaborate show.

It's a bit funny to read these reactions, since I know I've said it before and many others have tried to underline it too: this is meant to be the greatest hits setlist aimed specifically at the casual stadium crowd. The wild deep cut speculation never really made much sense on that background, especially since the band have focused more on the stage show in their own hyping rather than the setlist.
We expect all hits, the new stage show will be the event (and after a tour like TFP) - but for a 15+ setlist, after quite a few History/Hits tours (I guess for them deep cuts are songs not played in 10 or more years, some are probably deep cuts for most fans) and after the latest tours, it's normal to expect some surprises. Not just 3, but 5 or more, for example (Priest played about 9+ deeper cuts for their anniv tour from all albums). It's like a perfect opportunity, if they do another new album tour, it will be harder to include deep cuts. Let's see, but Bruce once again hyped the show with ''30 wow minutes'' for nothing, it seems... why do it, the shows are sold out anyway.

Exactly this, stacking the set with the songs we all expected that have been played to death does not class as wow factor to anyone lol. Priest did it perfectly btw.

Again, I am missing out this tour. I am spending the next few months in Gulf and East Africa. Same story almost every Maiden Euro tour.

Voice experts could you write what songs we can rule out because Bruce would be struggling to sing?

ЕTHC Instagram setlist update
1. Aces High
2. Infinite Dreams (first time since 1988)
3. 22 Acacia Avenue (first time since 2003)
4. Killers (first time since 1999)
5. Judas Be My Guide (first time EVER)
6. Phantom of the Opera (first time since 2014)
7. Die With Your Boots On (first time since 2005)
8. Hooks In You (first time since 1991)

I think this tour, overall, might serve as an indication of whether the band with the new drummer can move forward beyond 2026.

Any clues in this new video?

Other than the stage set up, production, setlist, tour shirts, beverage prices, and Simon being massive disappointments? - nope, nothing....

edit: forgot to add Simon's kit being too small...

/sarcasm

In a sense, it’s about whether they’ll sound rejuvenated with Simon at the helm. I do worry that age might start catching up with them. Hopefully, they’re all in good health. It’s also going to be interesting to see if Bruce sounds as strong as he did on his solo tour and The Future Past tour. Here’s hoping for the best.

Based on that list I’m struggling to see 3 real deep cuts tbh.
