I'm sure Freaky has met You Know Who, but Freaky is no longer active on the forum.

Twice, to my knowledge, same as me.

There is also Tokus who met him at least once, but I don't think he posted here in four years or so. Same goes for Owly, who obviously isn't active anymore. I don't know how many of the Frenchies here have met him, though.
