No, the BB was shut down because some tard with a personal dispute with RW hacked here.
 
Suffice to say, there's two levels of boards. There's the official IMBB, and then there's Maidenfans. This board is intellectual, well thought out, and polite. The other is...the exact opposite.

Another funny cartoon I saw in a paper (I'm not sure which one) the other day was titled "Britain's response to Bird Flu". The picture showed several giant scarecrows lined up at the anglo-french border [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":P\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /]

...but let's acknowledge that many (perhaps most) Maidenfans oldtimers have a negative view of the IMBB. Given that the IMBB is shutting down for non-fan-clubbers and that some members are coming over here, let's try to keep our rhetoric calm.

In other words, please don't bash anyone just because they come from the IMBB. If and when they start posting the kind of immature trash that gave the IMBB a bad name here, let the mods handle it.
