They sound like the so manyth line of counterfeits to me... [!--emo&:unsure:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/unsure.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'unsure.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

These pressings are perfectly legit. Just the price seems dodgy, although their rarity might justify it. [!--emo&^_^--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/happy.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'happy.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
 
I just don't think there's many copies of it out there. Seems like an extreme rarity.

I'm thinking of getting Live +1 soon

Live + 1 is a good find. Pretty rare. If memory serves me right theres a Japanese and a Greek version of it. I have the Japanese version ( the more common one). The Greek version is a great find definately worth picking up.
 
Exactly right WED. If you're going to get live+one and if you're a collector, i recommend finding the Japanese version with an Obi strip.

I bought it without the obi for 25 quid. One of my first items when i first started collecting. Got ripped off really. I saw a near mint one with the obi go for £12 yesterday on ebay [!--emo&:(--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/sad.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'sad.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Some items, however, are so sought after or are so rare its rather tough to find a bargain....Soundhouse Tapes 7", Maiden Japan Venezuela, Where Eagles Dare 7" for example.

True, having a Venezuelan wife, I have been there 6 times now, but no luck on ever coming across the Maiden Japan Venezuelan pressing. [!--emo&:(--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/sad.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'sad.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Then: what's this about a Where Eagles Dare 7"? Is that a legit copy, or is it simply a promo? I've certainly never heard of one...

Finally, Maverick: Do you have any way of knowing that the Colombian pressings this topic started about are legit? All of a sudden there are all sorts of 'extremely rare pressings' from exotic countries popping up...

Come to think of it, eBay recently sees a LOT of Soundhouse Tapes as well which (from the small pictures) look pretty real. Does anyone know if new counterfeits have appeared over the past few years, or whether it is simply a coincidence that various real copies are being offered for sale as of late?
