I guess Blaze is officially an Old Man now, look at his grey sideburns and Hawaiian shirt.

It's no joke, it's apparently a recent photo of the band from the Blabbermouth article, Blaze being on the far left.

I'd guess that the loss of his wife a few years back took it out on him, he also probably lost most of his hair, judging from the bandana.
