What I mean by that is this:  I enjoy this forum, I think of it as a great place to 'hang out'.  If my kid came in here and started posting stuff that made little sense, had horrible middle school text speak or bad grammar, I would be very embarrassed-- no different than if he/she would act that way in my home.  I don't expect posts to be perfect, but I do expect someone to take a little effort on a post.  I am not perfect, but I expect my kids to do at least as good a job as I try.  I do know that my eleven year old daughter has better writing skills than what I read in that original post.  I defy anyone with a spell check to think differently. 

One note, be glad that He Who Must Not Be Named isn't here, because you would have been blasted for that.  Clearly, the Mods have mercy.   

Oh, by the way, was "asshole" a signature?  Fitting.

The moderators are on the case. I ask everyone to avoid trolling or feeding trolls. Please don't try to "moderate" at ilovemaiden yourself; we're handling it.

If this thread devolves further into excessively ugly personal attacks, punishments will be handed out all around.
(The key words there are "excessively ugly". You don't have to wear kid gloves, but don't put on brass knuckles either.)
 
For comparison, we've seen some boxing gloves in this thread.
