Who is Dave Mac?

Why isn't he mentioned in the Iron Maiden family tree?
Never heard about this fella, before I checked wikipedia a few days ago.

Anyone got any information about him?

I think he was the Scottish fella, Mad Mac, or something like that. The information is avaliable on the Early Days dvd. Apparently he was a great player, and during rehearsals he would go "mad" as the name suggests, jumping around and the like. Then when it came to his first gig with the band he was frozen with stage fright.
