Work and home. I usually check-in two/three times while at work to see what's happening, and post from home.

As I understood, it's up to the officer to fine you or not, in UK, but it was certainly not a joint. That's why it became a new and I read it in a foreign country's paper!

Hmm not sure. But I do think it isn't a good idea to drive while holding a small stick with fire on the end of it. My dad's the worst: he even rolls up while waiting at traffic lights.
