Where are the best audiences?

Simple question(s): where do you think the best/most active/craziest (metal) audiences are?  In which region/country?  What about the worst?  Or do audiences even vary between areas?  Discuss.

From what I've seen from various videos, South American audiences seem by far the craziest (e.g. Rock in Rio).  Especially in singing power.
