When does UPS tell your CD will Arrive and make you wait for it?

When they finally replied last night they said they finally put the mp3 into my library and also refunded my entire cost of the cd due to how late it was but I will still get it next week. Glad they took care of me and now I can hear it (although without the lyrics). Suprised Maiden did not use the x-ray lyrics for amazon's mp3 player.
 
Shit according to amazon mine is "Not yet shipped" Delivery estimate: We need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate. We'll notify you via e-mail as soon as we have an estimated delivery date? .....Nice eh?
 
According to amazon web site feature "track your package", mine was due to arrive today by usps...but mail already ran and it was not there! I am NEVER using amazon for a new release again! Been waiting a week & i preordered 3 months ago!
