What's with the 1984 Canadian tour shirts?

I have been searching for a 1984 Canadian Tour shirt. I attended the Winnipeg show (I took some great pics with a 35mm camera that I can scan when I get a scanner...) but bein' a young broke kid I could not afford a T-shirt.

Last month I missed one on eBay went for $39US (ack!!! what a bargoon) and another went for $82US (sounds reasonable).

But there is one up now that has been bid over $250US!!
