I just discovered them in this great 2nd hand CD store I usually go to. The CDs I look for are ridiculously overpriced in the likes of HMV and so on. I got their album Twilight Dominion for 7.99 euro which is great since I saw Necronemesis for 25.99 euro in Virgin Megastores. Why do the stores have to overprice most of the CDs I might actually be interested in? I had to pay 20 euro each for Blind Guardian's first 2 albums and 25 euro for Morbid Angel's Gateways To Annihilation in the mainstream stores. Anyway, back to Usurper, if you are in to the likes of Venom and Celtic Frost, give this a try. There's no poilitical or social lyrics, it's just all dark fantasy based themes with some real kick ass guitarists by the nicknames of Rick S. Scythe and Carcass Chris. I haven't heard them but I agree about overpricing. I had to pay £16 for each Rhapsody cd. [!--emo&:(--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/sad.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'sad.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
 
Haven't tried out Rhapsody yet but I would like to. What would you recommend as a 1st CD to get into them? I also noticed Dragonforce's Valley Of The Damned for 25.99 euro. Damn [!--emo&:cussing:--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/cussing[1].gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'cussing[1].gif\' /][!--endemo--] . I would have so much more of this stuff if it wasn't for these stores. Their overpricing is like a Mafia or a Cartel or something like that.

I don't know where you folks buy your cds, I get them for US$17 or less. Anywho, a good Rhapsody starter is Power of the DragonFlame or Rain of a Thousand Flames.

With his name being Black Dragon, he may already be a Turilli fan. Or maybe its just coincidence. I paid £10 for each Dragonforce cd at a gig [!--emo&:D--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--] But they're about £15 in HMV which is a bit of a joke.

Thanks for the recommendations guys! I had seen the album sleeve of Power Of The Dragonflame and it looks very nice, as do a lot of power metal album sleeves! Speaking of albums sleeves what do you guys think of the original uncensored version of Carcass' Reek Of Putrefacation?
