Could he literally be starting a war to distract from the Epstein files release?
(I'm sure the FBI have scrubbed them of any mention of Trump, hence why he's been delaying so much)

Or he just wants to prove how much of a tough guy he is.
 
It could also be that confronting Venezuela is something others in the administration have been pushing for. Their nationalization of oil assets did cause a lot of issues. I have a limited overview of this, but as I understand it there have been international court rulings about how the scores should be settled between the Venezuelan state and the affected oil companies, but maybe the hawks in Trump's administration still see it as a valid reason to start a conflict. For Trump personally, the reasons mentioned could be sufficient that he gladly plays along.

The amount of leftist extremism in this topic is legitimately insane. The mainstream media really has done a number on some folks in here. Just because Reiner was unhealthily obsessed with Trump (hence the TDS diagnosis) does not mean conservatives think he was a bad person.

We don’t know how Trump meant it, and I don’t think it’s fair to assume he meant the worst just because you don’t like him.

Thank you for being the one person in here to understand this. I have seen people who are unable to have a conversation about Trump without yelling, crying, and going on unhinged rants. TDS is and always has been a joke - a very funny joke, but still a joke - created by conservatives to explain the leftists who have been taught to hate Trump by the mainstream media.

I’m able to take the things he has said, in the tone of voice in which he said them, with the mannerisms in which he said them, at face value.

I’m able to deduce that when one incredibly wealthy playboy who says terrible things about young women (including his own daughter) takes a ton of photos with another incredibly wealthy playboy (who runs an underage sex trafficking ring) at parties, the chances of them collaborating on wrongdoing is pretty high.

He degrades women, likes ‘em young, hits on his own daughter, mocks the disabled, mocks immigrants while simultaneously hiring them to do his manual labor (and then not pay them), can’t go a single conversation without lying and bringing every topic back to himself.

I’m able to take the measure of a man based on his words and actions. Either you are not, or you agree with him.

You don't even HAVE leftist media in the USA. You have centrist media and right wing crazy entertainment channels pretending to be news.

And this is another example why no one can take conservatives seriously. You are free to support him and to enjoy what is currently happening to your country, but when you deny the most glaring and simple facts just because it's inconvenient, it comes across as childish. Or you're just rage baiting and trolling, which also comes across as childish. Not sure what's better at this point lol
