All in all 3 government shutdowns in US history, when one party controlling both houses, 2 being on Trump’s watch.

And Venezuelan Nobel Peace winner praising US president who is blowing up boats with her compatriots inside and who is about to take military action against her country.

But would she do that if he hadn't been constantly whining about not getting it himself? Something I've not heard anyone do before.

It is quite unique that one of the world leaders is (or appears to be) completely obsessed with getting the prize. It does obviously hurt him on a personal level that Obama got it (which was, in my opinion, a very strange decision). It is of course a good thing if the killing in Gaza ends, but to pretend the conflict is now completely resolved due to one man ...?

Probably not, but my point was that by doing that she is supporting military intervention to her own country which is against the principals of Nobel Price (or should be) and specifically in her case as she was selected basis on "her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy"
This is clearly a joke, especially considering that she supported the military coup against Chávez in 2002. Therefore, her struggle is not for peace or for democracy, rather for regime change likeable to US.

*I just saw that she attended the Yale World Fellows Program, an "international fellowship program at Yale University for rising global leaders". Fellows from this program include Jake Sullivan, Alexei Navalny among others.
Anyway Nobel Peace price has lost its credibility way before the ridiculous award to Obama.

Agreed! We should never forget that piece of shit who was Henry Kissinger being awarded the Nobel peace prize in 1973!
