Pretty hard to narrow it down to five, but the following are probably the bands I’ve listened the most and had the biggest influence on me in the past 20 years are,


Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Status Quo, Thunder & Rush

And even further down we'd find artists like Blind Guardian, Nile, Whitesnake, Hammerfall, Gamma Ray, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer and so on.
