To be fair, it isn't in my Top 25 either. :oops: It's a song I come back to a lot because it's an enjoyable listen, sing-along, campy tune, but it's not perfect at the same stroke.
 
This is a top 25 from the last 5 albums, not the whole discography. This is surely fantastic. I read that list three times to be sure if I saw that right. What on earth can one wish to be better in that song. Straight ten. Superb build-up. Dramatic Bruce. Totally into it. Mesmerizing celtic guitar melodies/riffs. Great tempo changes, solos, drumming. Highlight of the setlist when witnessed live.

Notes:
  • There is some fluctuation. Songs in the top 10 typically only shift a spot or two, while some others routinely rise and fall several spots (Paschendale floats between just missing the top 10 to being in the high teens).
  • The top 25 are all strong songs, and the runner ups are also worthwhile.
  • AMOLAD and TBOS each have two of the best five songs (AMOLAD has three of the best six, including the top spot). Expanding to the top 15, TFF and TBOS each have four spots while AMOLAD and DOD each have three (mostly long songs too). And the distribution of the top 25 is BNW: 4, DOD: 4, AMOLAD: 5, TFF: 6, TBOS: 6. Lots of great material and pretty consistent, especially compared to the 1990s albums.
  • I created edited versions of The Nomad, No More Lies, and Paschendale that rank higher.
  • A lot of fans like The Thin Line Between Love and Hate, but I find some of the singing over the top and cringe inducing. Cool music though... an edited version would probably crack the top 20.
