Ticketless Entry O2 arena

I still have never had to go this paperless ticket route for any of my concerts (Iron Maiden or other bands).

Even this year, for the St. Louis and Kansas City dates coming up; when I was purchasing the tickets, it specifically said on the seat selection page that this band has opted for the paperless ticket route. However, upon purchasing the tickets, it still prompted that I could print them out (which i did, I'd prefer an actual ticket than a paperless one).

It does not give me that option for the Austin show. I could print the display page, which I will to be safe, but there is no print a ticket option.

The most frustrating thing for me about this system is that I don't have a ticket to keep as a souvenir. Up till now I have kept the tickets from every gig I've been to and pinned them up at home.

We found that this worked really well at the O2, but of course if you lose your card I've no idea what you'd do!
