They're just awesome, I have two of their CD's (Hypothetical and Critical Energy) And I just love them, so you What do you think of them? write anything about them here (I reccomend songs like Long Way Home and Light and Space)

Critical Mass is fairly decent, I have that and Extinct Instinct. Virtual Insanity is amazing, but overall I find them to be average at best.

Can't say, as they're quite old ('88, although the first album wasn't released until '93) and I haven't heard their early albums. It's more likely that the two were inspired by the same prog rock bands, and in turn, by each other. But I'm not really the right one to ask here, as my knowledge of each band is sparse.
