This was indeed not the cover of a single. I always saw this as the artwork belonging to the song Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. Naturally it's in the CD booklet as well.

It's one of my favourites, I have the poster, hanging here right beside me.

I think it actually fits TC as song artwork more or even CIPWM.

I'd have said TC. The Eddie looks kind of old and the SSoaSS dies in TC so it fits.
