My first song, I can't remembre because I was too young, but it's probably one of Piece of Mind. When I listen to this album now, I have strange impressions...

The first song I can remember the name is 'Murders in the rue Morgue', maybe because half of the title is in french ! [!--emo&^_^--]/happy.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'happy.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
At this time, I don't look at the titles : only covers with Eddie and the musicians on stage (back covers of Iron Maiden and Killers)

I think it was something from Somewhere in time or Piece of mind. I think, it was either Sea of madness from SiT or Flight of icarus from Piece of mind (when i was about.. 5 or younger)

Killers - 7th son...

A friend lend me those cd's... firstly I didn't heard them, but then... I heard them, and I went crazy... that was like 5 years ago...

Number of the beast was the first song. I heard it on some homemade skateboard video. Then i bought best of the beast that i listened every day, as long till i bought killers. Then iron maiden and so things got going...

I love to think of those good old days.

First time i heard Maiden? it was not even a complete song.... it was the intro of number of the beast (Woe to you....) on the stickdeath website. the guy there had used it on a movie with is 'satanist' stick in it : Superbeast later i had downloaded some songs for napster
but the first album i bought is DoD and now i have 5 or 6 albums

By the way i'm new here and i'm really sorry if my english is bad

[!--QuoteBegin--][div class=\'quotetop\']QUOTE[/div][div class=\'quotemain\'][!--QuoteEBegin--]My God, how can you say that? Iron Maiden and metal is clearly Satanic and it tells innocent teenagers to abandon our Lord and instead worship the Devil. The list of Satanic bands is a mile long; Iron Maiden (their 1982 album 'The Number of the Beast' is an entire album filled with Satanism, with songs like Children of the Damned and The Number of the Beast), Bruce Dickinson (loads of Satanic songs; No Lies, Killing Floor...), In Flames (made a song called Episode 666. Terribly Satanic)... and the list goes on. Additionaly my friends in the Christian Society from Kyiv recently deemed Vader satanists, and my colleague Reverent Timms told me that Megadeth, Pink Floyd and Metallica are also satanists. I personally don't have time to listen to these bands, but I'm sure they are Satanic.

Read the lyrics to Number of the Beast and not just parts if anything its anti satan

anyway it was aces high from live after death, one of my metalhead friends who I talked to about metallica all the time gave me a cd of his favorite songs. I was'nt hooked right away just because I thought all metal sounded like metallica. A few weeks later I bought Powerslave. I hardly even listen to metallica anymore. Iron Maiden is just so awesome and they never craped out like metallica with st. anger, they are still great.

Ghost of the Navigator

still my favourite song [!--emo&:)--]/smile.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'smile.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

It blew me away when I first heard it, although "The Wickerman" was the first maiden song I ever heard (as it was the first track on the album). I love the whole BNW album.

I'd had NOTB for years, but I sold it. Brave New World suckered me in again.

My mate showed me Ghost of The Navigator on RIR cos he said the drumming was amazing so I "borrowed" it from him(although it took him a few weeks to realise that I had) Run to the Hills was probably the biggest reason that I like maiden so much. And from that point on I havnt listened to much else and then seing them dec 2003 at Earls Court just made them better best band ever in the world by a long shot. Thanx to my mate Russ I spose.

the first song was Hallowed Be Thy Name. i loved it, but i also forgot about it at first. [!--emo&:(--]/sad.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'sad.gif\' /][!--endemo--]. but then, a couple of months later, i somehow got to iron maidens website and listened to the song again. i instantly went to best buy and bought "number of the beast" and i've been hooked ever since.

Anyway! The first song I heard was probably Aces High, on the old computer game 'Carmaggedon 2'... It's great music to play driving games with by the way [!--emo&:)--]/smile.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'smile.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

That was in 1998/9. After that my sister GAVE ( [!--emo&:D--]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--] ) me two LP's... NPftD and NotB. Next was Brave New World (which had just been released). Now I have all albums except A Real Live/Dead One and Live in Donnington. I am also a bootleg trader and also collect rare Maiden vinyl (preferably ones with a very rare B-side like 'Live My Way' and 'Bayswater Ain't A Bad Place To Be')

I also now collect solo stuff (mostly H's) although I have yet to buy my first Bruce album

The first song I heard that I liked was "Wrathchild", the first album I heard was The Number Of The Beast(played very loudly on the school bus), but Piece Of Mind was the first one I bought and that was due to "Flight Of Icarus"(and once "The Trooper" was on MTV I liked them even more).

An ad I saw For Dance Of Death Cd.Got it later and was hooked on Iron Maiden since.
